Mobile Banking, Mobile Apps and Bill Pay are free of charge. Note that standard internet charges may apply depending on your carrier and service plan.

Which mobile devices support Mobile Banking and Bill Pay?

All Internet-enabled mobile devices support these free** services. 

I don’t have an iPhone, Android or BlackBerry. Can I still use Mobile Banking?

Mobile banking is available on all mobile devices with an internet connection.

How do I download a mobile app?

You may download apps from your phone’s app store or from your mobile device when you access the URL

How do I access Mobile Banking?

If you have Premier America Online Banking access (with a valid Member Number and Password/PIN) and a mobile device with an internet connection you may access Mobile Banking. Enter the URL - - into the browser of your Internet-enabled mobile device and then log in using your Premier America Online Banking Member Number and Password/PIN. 

What is Mobile Deposit?

Mobile Deposit is a safe and secure way to deposit a check using the Premier America app and the photo feature of your mobile device. You will take a photo of the front and the back of a check then submit the check for payment.

How does Mobile Deposit work?

Just follow these simple instructions:
  1. Log in to the Premier America app from your Mobile Device
  2. Choose Mobile Deposit from the menu.
  3. Read and accept the Mobile Deposit User Agreement.
  4. Choose Make a Mobile Deposit from the submenu.
  5. Select the account to receive the deposit.
  6. Enter the amount of your check.
  7. Sign the back of your check.
  8. Take pictures of the front and back of your check.
  9. Submit the check for deposit.
  10. Normal hold policies apply to these deposits. See our Funds Availability Policy located in your Membership Agreements and Disclosures booklet.


Are there eligibility requirements?

Yes, account eligibility requirements apply. If eligibility is not met, Mobile Deposit will not appear as an option on the menu.

What do I do with the physical check?
After a check is sent via Mobile Deposit, we request that you keep the check for 90 days in case there are any issues.

What happens if I get locked out?

As with Premier America Online Banking, you must contact a Member Services Specialist at 800-772-4000, to reset your PIN/Password.

How does Mobile Banking handle security?

Mobile Banking is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data that passes between the mobile gateway and our web servers is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). 

How does Enhanced Login Security work for mobile banking?

Enhanced Login Security for Mobile Banking will either prompt you to retrieve (via Text) and enter a one-time passcode or you can select a link to answer challenge questions. Note:  Mobile banking does not support one-time passcodes retrieved via phone call or email because the mobile banking session ends once you switch over to your email or phone function. Receiving text messages does not impact the mobile banking session and allows it to stay open while you receive the Text one-time passcode.

What happens if I log in from an unregistered mobile device?

If you previously set up (from a personal computer) the option to receive one-time passcodes via Text, you will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode (via Text). Or you can select a link in order to  answer challenge questions. If you did not previously set up (from a personal computer) the option to receive one-time passcodes via Text, you will be prompted to answer challenge questions.

Does Mobile Banking time out after being idle a certain amount of time?

Yes. Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Apps all time out after 5 minutes of being idle. 

What’s the difference between a phone app and using the mobile browser for Mobile Banking?

The biggest difference you might notice is that apps tend to be quicker. The apps have all of the visual components already installed on the phone, meaning they only have to pull the data and not the graphics. The apps use less bandwidth of your data plan. Mobile browser access is still a graphically light option and loads quickly, so it doesn’t use much data bandwidth either. Using the browser, you can also access the full internet site.


*Enrollment is free but you must meet qualification requirements. If you qualify, you will see Mobile Deposit on the app. menu. Select to begin the enrollment process. Deposits are subject to the Funds Availability Policy and verification. You do not have to mail the checks to us, however, please retain them for a minimum of 90 days before destroying.
