You might be wondering who that friendly little bubble on your screen is. Meet kash. This little bot is new around here. 

Kash is our virtual banking assistant. This is a pilot program.  Kash is still in testing mode with limited functionality – but it's excited to learn. We hope you’ll help our new bot out!

We understand you have questions 24/7 about better banking with Premier America and sometimes, getting those answers can’t wait until business hours. While
kash isn’t human, it's happy to help.

Today,
kash can help with some basic questions, day and night.
 

  • Get information about Premier America loan rates or making loan payments.
  • Learn how to report issues with your debit or credit cards.
  • Online Banking how to’s.
  • Submit a request for contact from our Loan Center or Contact Center.

 
Since kash is still learning, please be patient. This helpful little bot is taking it's first steps as we build for the future, and will learn a little more every day. While it doesn’t have all the answers…yet… we’ll be adding additional features and more functionality as we build beyond this initial pilot phase.
