While the above quote highlights great service at the branch level, we understand that service experiences within our Call Center have been challenged since our Account System Upgrade last September. We are currently implementing a service improvement plan leveraging more efficient technology, enhanced training, and consistent service standards to deliver the member experience you deserve. We are committing the necessary resources to create a world-class Call Center in 2020.
