As we enter 2021, it’s encouraging to see signs of hope that we may see the end of this terrible pandemic sometime this year. The past 10 months have challenged us all. With your help and by prioritizing strong safety practices, most of our branches have remained open, with only a few experiencing intermittent closures. Throughout 2021, we will continue
to do everything possible to keep our lobbies open and available to meet your needs.
Speaking of the future, we have officially launched our new brand! This was a large project spanning some 18 months, with significant guidance provided by our members, team members and Board of Directors. It’s our job ahead to build the brand and our member experience in a way that brings the new identity to life in a positive way for existing members and future members. It’s an exciting time, and we thank you for your support as we begin our journey to introduce the values and value of Premier America to more members of our community.
There are many exciting things on the way this year, as we continue to invest in people and technology to significantly improve the member experience we provide. In February, we’ll share exciting news about a whole new digital experience launching this year to make remote banking with Premier America easier.
