As we all continue to manage the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, protecting the safety and well-being of members and team members remains our highest priority. This year, as needed, we’ll be making adjustments to maintain uninterrupted service while reducing the opportunity for COVID-19 exposure within our branches. Occasionally, we may need to temporarily close a branch which we understand is inconvenient. Thankfully, over the last year, we’ve developed a fast, and efficient system to quickly reopen temporarily closed branches.
With the launch of our new brand in late 2020, we affirmed our commitment to supporting inclusivity and diversity in the communities we serve, and within the credit union industry. That commitment was recognized late last year as Premier America was elected to serve on the governing body of the Credit Union DEI Collective which strives to further diversified, equity and inclusion to support the health and growth of the credit union movement. We were honored to be one of only two credit unions in the nation elected to serve on the Collective’s governing body.
