Set up Custom Account Alerts

Get peace-of-mind protection with custom account monitoring.

When you activate account alerts, you’ll receive automated alerts for account credits and debits for amount levels of your choosing. Alerts can be sent via: 

  • Phone 
  • Email 
  • ​Text Message 
  • Secure Message within Online/Mobile Banking 

Customizable account activity alert options include: 

  • Debits greater than, less than or exactly an amount you establish 
  • ​Online account transaction alerts for activities like wires, funds transfers, stop payments, check reorders, and more. 

You may change your alert preferences at any time, 24/7, via Online Banking under the Services, and “Account Alerts.” menu option. 

Fraud Text Alerts  

When you provide a mobile number and opt to receive texts, you will automatically receive Fraud Text Alerts for your Debit and Credit Card activity. How they work: 
A text message will be sent to your mobile phone when there is a suspicious transaction identified on your debit or credit card account. 

  • Simply reply to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction(s). 
  • If you reply that you recognize the transaction(s), your card will remain available for use. 
  • If you do not reply, a call will be placed to your mobile or home phone number. 
  • If you cannot be reached, your debit or credit card will be blocked until we hear from you. 

Members should be aware that, while Premier America Credit Union does monitor for fraudulent or suspicious activity and may proactively contact a member about this activity, we will never call and ask for confidential information such as your account number or PIN.
