Exciting developments are happening at Premier America Credit Union!

What you need to know!

  • Your Mortgage in Online Banking
    • Your loan is listed using a combination of “Mortgage” plus the last 4 digits of your account number. You can rename it using My Settings > Other Settings > Rename and Reorder Your Accounts.
    • Your transaction history can be found in the new Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal.
    • You can still use Move Money to make a payment by transferring funds from a Premier America account to pay your mortgage.
    • Your account number and existing automatic payments have not changed.
  • NEW Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal 
    • Access your mortgage through Online Banking > My Accounts, by clicking on your mortgage. No additional log in required!
    • Make one time and recurring ACH payments from other financial institutions. Plus view scheduled payments.
    • See transaction history including payments, amortization, statements and tax documents.
    • View letters and other correspondence about your loan.
    • If you have more than one mortgage loan, you can view them separately from the Portal. Use the Change Loan tab to switch between loans.
Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal 

  • Separate eStatement and paper statement - you will now receive a dedicated mortgage statement issued on or about the 17th of the month.
    • eStatements - you will receive a separate email notification when your statement is ready to view in the Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal. Click link below for a statement example.
    • Paper statements - will be mailed on or about the 17th of the month in a separate envelope.
    • Your dedicated mortgage statement will now include expanded information, like:
      • A detailed explanation of the amount due.
      • A detailed account summary.
      • The prior month and year-to-date payment breakdown.
