With the completion of our Account System Upgrade, some services, such as Online Banking, work a little differently. Here is a summary of the changes:
The new Account System created a different order to your account list. If you wish to change the order back to the way you are accustomed to seeing your accounts, it is easy to do. Log in to Online Banking, select Settings from the Accounts header. Then click and drag this symbol , to move accounts up and down.
A 4-digit Share and Loan ID, along with your Member Number, are now the main way your accounts are identified. Your Account Summary lists a Share or Loan ID for each account. When you need it, you can find your Account Number (aka MICR number) under the Account Details for each account. More information about Account IDs.
Your account transaction history looks different from what you used to see.
The transaction descriptions under your account history may read differently with the addition (in some cases) of transaction codes or expanded transaction details.
Now 12 months of history will be displayed
For older transactions, there are 18 months of eStatements for reference
All members have access to eStatements, even if you receive paper statements.
As a current Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint user, please follow the simple steps provided to activate your accounts.
