The first statements from the new Account Transaction System will be issued the beginning of October 2019 and will cover September transactions.
You will continue to receive a combined monthly statement for all share (deposit) and loan products (except credit cards and mortgages, they will not be combined).
For each member number, one statement will be mailed addressed to the primary member and the first joint owner. At each account/product level, all joint owners will be listed.
Statements will be in color, and we’ll be adding an account statement summary at the top of the statement.
