Monthly Statements

The first statements from the new Account Transaction System will be issued the beginning of October 2019 and will cover September transactions.

Statement Example - See what's new!

You will continue to receive a combined monthly statement for all share (deposit) and loan products (except credit cards and mortgages, they will not be combined).

  • Credit Card Statements - will be listed on a separate statement. If you receive print statements, the credit card statement will be included in the same envelope as your deposit and loan statement.
    • Note: Your Previous Balance will be reported differently starting with your September statement:
      • Prior to September statements, the Previous Principal Balance did not include applicable interest or fees.
      • Starting with your September statement, the Previous Balance will now reflect the prior month Payoff Balance (including applicable interest and fees) rather than the prior month Principal Balance.

  • Separate Mortgage eStatement and Paper Statement
    • If you receive eStatements, you will receive a separate notification when the eStatement is ready to view in the Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal. Access the Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal by clicking on your mortgage in Online Banking.
    • If you receive a paper statement, it will arrive in a separate envelope from your other statement(s).

Primary member receives the statement  

For each member number, one statement will be mailed addressed to the primary member and the first joint owner. At each account/product level, all joint owners will be listed.

Statements will have a new look

Statements will be in color, and we’ll be adding an account statement summary at the top of the statement.
