Premier America - Temporary Branch Closures and Modified Operating Hours

In response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are taking every precaution to keep our members and team members safe. Premier America continues to closely monitor local market conditions and we will provide updates here and in our social channels when normal operations are affected. Please visit this page for regular updates to our branch operations.

The hours for Premier America branches may change with little notice as various authorities issue curfews or if events in the area may affect members and team members. 

Temporary Branch Closures – we have branches that are temporarily closed in response to the Coronavirus emergency:
  • Northrop Grumman Branch -  The ATM at this location is available.
  • Universal Studios Branch 
  • ​Santa Monica Branch inside the Rand Corporation 
  • Rankin Branch - Located at 2001 Rankin Road in Houston.
Temporary Branch Hours
  • Houston Branch - Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m
Face Masks Now Required
In accordance with federal, state, and local health mandates, Premier America is now requiring all members visiting a branch to wear some form of personal face covering/mask to reduce potential transmission of COVID-19. We may ask that you lower your mask briefly while being serviced at the teller line for proper identification. Please see here for the recommended CDC guidelines for correct mask use.

Branch Hours Change: Except where noted above, branches remain open with normal operating hours, except on Fridays, our branches will temporarily close at 5 p.m. For your safety and the health of others, we encourage you to use alternate service channels, whenever possible. Most branch transactions can be completed from the comfort and safety of your home.

Telephone Service Center Hours Change: Hours of operation will be (all hours are Pacific Time):
Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, 8 a.m. to  5 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Convenient options to manage your accounts:
  • Online Banking and the Mobile App can assist you with making transfers, depositing checks (via our Mobile App), checking balances, and so much more. If you need assistance using Online Banking, please speak with a Member Service Representative.
  • Shared branches and fee-free* ATMs let you conduct the same transactions available at a Premier America branch. You can find convenient locations using our Branch Locator.
