Your Safety is Our Priority
Amid growing concern about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to personally provide you with an update on the preventative safety measures your credit union is taking to protect the health of members and team members.
In addition to our regular daily cleaning practices, we have increased sanitization efforts, as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), to disinfect high-traffic areas and frequent points of contact to prevent the potential transmission of any illnesses at our branch locations and corporate headquarters. We have also established an Incident Management Team to monitor developments and communicate regularly with team members to keep them informed and to ensure the safety of everyone within our branches. We are regularly updating our team members with the latest information from national, state and local level health organizations. Our team members have been provided guidance on how best to monitor their personal health and we are requiring individuals exhibiting any signs of illness to remain home.
At this time, all of our branches and the Telephone Service Center are available, under normal operating hours to assist you with all your banking needs. As the scale of the threat of COVID-19 remains fluid, we are continuously monitoring the local impact and will modify service availability as needed. We are committed to keeping you informed about this situation and will distribute regular updates via email, our website and social channels.
Our Mobile App and Online Banking provide secure, non-public methods for making transfers, depositing checks, checking balances, and much more to meet your financial needs. If you are not a current user of our Mobile App or Online Banking service, our Member Services team is available to help you get started and guide you on how best to use these 24/7 digital banking tools.
