As we all continue to manage our health and well-being during the COVID-19 crisis, I wanted to provide an update on the available resources from
Premier America that can help during this difficult time.

 Loan Assistance

 Our Member Services team is here to help if you’re experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 crisis.
For those in need of a personal loan or line of credit increase on an existing loan, please complete this request form for Emergency Loan assistance. You may also call 800-772-4000, ext. 4648 to submit your request.
If you need to defer payment on your existing Premier America loan, please complete this request form. If you need additional assistance with an existing loan, or would like to submit your request via phone, please call 800-772-4000, ext. 3991.
Online Loan Payment Service
If you need to pay your Premier America loan with a checking/savings account from another financial institution, there’s no easier way than with our new online Loan Payment Service.

Paycheck Protection Program
We understand that many small business owners are looking to take advantage of the federal government's recently formalized Paycheck Protection Program. Premier America is currently reviewing the SBA program guidelines and requirements to determine if these loans can be made available to our members. We anticipate having a determination soon. In the meantime, should you have questions about the program, please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service center at 1-800-659-2955 (TTY: 1-800-877-8339) or e-mail 

Digital Banking

For your safety and the health of others, we encourage you to use Online and Mobile Banking, whenever possible. Most branch transactions can be conducted through these digital service channels - see here to learn more.
