Branch Safety Update from Rudy Pereira,

We understand that our community branches are an essential service channel for many members and maintaining in-person access is critical. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team members have been dedicated to keeping our branches open by following increased safety standards. We remain committed to maintaining a safe and friendly service environment for everyone within our branches.
The current pandemic is something we’ll be challenged with for some time, and we all must remain vigilant. Let’s continue to keep one another safe by following all federal, state and local health mandates. A few friendly reminders:
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or are awaiting COVID-19 test results, we kindly ask that you DO NOT VISIT one of our community branches
.
Our current requirements for physical distancing, mandatory face coverings, frequent cleanings throughout the day, and limiting the number of people in each branch at any one time remain in effect at all Premier America locations.
Face coverings/masks
must be worn
when visiting a branch. Maintaining the health and safety of members and team members is our top priority. We kindly ask that you help us meet this goal by wearing personal protective equipment when visiting a branch. Doing so will maintain a safe environment and ensure we can continue to serve your financial needs in-person.
In addition, we recently launched a new online service to schedule
branch appointments
. Scheduling branch visits in advance helps us to limit branch traffic and ensure that your service needs are met in a fast, efficient and safe manner.
