As we near the end of 2020, it’s encouraging to see signs of hope that we may see the end of this terrible pandemic sometime next year. The past nine months have challenged us all. With your help and by prioritizing strong safety practices, most of our branches have remained open, with only a few experiencing intermittent closures. Looking towards 2021, we will continue to do everything possible to keep our lobbies open and available to meet your financial needs. 

We do want to let you know that there may be situations which could temporarily impact branch services. While there are currently no plans to modify branch service availability, we may need to quickly adjust if COVID-19 case rates continue to rise for an extended period. Some of the measures we may take include:
  • Temporarily modifying branch service hours to ensure we have the appropriate number of team members to maintain service across our network of branches;

  • Reducing branch occupancy to support social distancing; or,

  • Temporarily closing some branch locations to limit traffic and potential COVID-19 exposure.

Need to visit a branch but short on time? You can easily make an appointment online. While no appointments are necessary to visit us today, members find it’s a great way to save time, while helping us to ensure that we service you in a safe and convenient environment.
We also have a wide range of remote banking options, designed to help you access your accounts easily and conveniently, all from the safety of your home.
