Online Banking

You may pay your bills conveniently and for no fee through Online Banking Bill Pay. When logged in, click on "Pay Bills" and then select "Bill Pay." 

Scroll to the top of this page, click on the blue "LOGIN" button to expand it and click on "New User" to register.

On the Home menu in Online Banking click on Transactions, eStatements and select Tax Documents. You may also get updated tax schedule information on our dedicated Tax Form page. 

Once logged into Online Banking, select Pay Bills and then Bill Pay. On the landing page, you will see payees you have already set up. Simply select who you are paying and input the payment details. 

It is easy to move money between accounts in Online Banking. Once you're logged in, click on Make a Transfer, and select which account is sending the funds and which is receiving.

Once logged into Online Banking, go to the Main Menu and click on Pay Bills. Select Bill Pay. Once in Bill Pay, click on Activity to see your pending and processed payments. If a payment is pending, you may click on it to cancel or edit the payment. 
Once logged into Online Banking, go to the Main Menu and click on Pay Bills. select Bill Pay, select add a Company or Person and continue with the desired payment parameters. 
To set up a transfer to an external financial institution, log into Online Banking and Manage External Acct under Services. From there, input the required information from your external account. To authorize the connection, Premier America will initiate two micro-deposits to verify the account information is correct. This process can take 2-5 business days. Once those deposits are made, you will log back into Online Banking to verify the deposit amounts. After that, you will be able to set up transfers to and from that external account from inside Online Banking. 
To make a transfer to a fellow Premier America Credit Union member, click on Menu, then Move Money, then Member to Member. From there, you will select the option to link your account (to have the option for ongoing transfers) or Single (for one-time transfers). 

Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send money to friends, family and other people you trust. Whether you’re paying rent, gifting money, or splitting the cost of a bill, Zelle® has you covered. Sign up by logging into Online Banking and selected Move Money from the Main Menu. Then select, Send Money with Zelle®. You will need to enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address. Then you are ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.

It is quick, easy, and secure, to make a mobile deposit. Simply log into the mobile app and click on Deposit Check from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Then follow the on-screen prompts to make your mobile deposit all from the comfort of your home or office. 
From the main navigation menu, click Transactions, and then eStatements. From there, you will be able to opt-in to receive your statements via online banking or the mobile app.
Log into Online Banking and select Move Money from the main menu. Then, just click on Make a Transfer and select the sending and receiving accounts. 
It is easy to change the names you see for your accounts. Simply log into Online Banking and select the account you wish you re-name. Once selected, click the pencil icon to change the nickname. 
You may update your contact information by logging into Online Banking. In the Main Menu, click on "Settings" and then "Change of Address."
On the Home page listing all of our accounts in Online Banking, click the three vertical dots (⋮) on the desired account. Select View Settings and click on account preferences. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Uncheck the option "Visibility on Home" to turn off the ability to see this on the home screen. 
Download the app on your mobile  or tablet. Launch the app and enter your username and password and then select Face ID. 
Make changes on Security Preferences to Securely Delivery message under Contact Information.
To view eStatements, log into Online Banking, click on "Transactions" and then "eStatements."
