Fire Relief Loan or Deferral
If you've been impacted by the recent fires in California, we may be able to help you with our Fire Relief Personal Loan1. You may apply online (with Promo Code FIRE12025), visit any branch,  or call our Loan Contact Center at 866-410-0171 to apply or discuss your options. 

You may also qualify for deferral1 on a current Premier America loan by calling us at 747-895-7104 to discuss your options.

Loan Deferral
  • To request a loan deferral please reach out to our Collection team at 747-895-7104. 
  • A member can request a deferment for up to 90 days for eligible members impacted by the recent fires.
  • The specific deferment period will be determined at the discretion of the credit union based on individual circumstances. 
  • While we generally offer a 90 day deferment, there may be instances where a shorter deferment period is provided.
Emergency Relief Loans
  • 6% up to 24 months & 8% up to 48 months
  • Must be existing member for minimum of 6 months
  • Maximum loan amount up to $5,000.00
  • Term up to 48 months
In times of crisis, scammers often take advantage of vulnerable situations. Watch for fraudulent FEMA workers, construction/restoration companies gouging on prices or urgency, mail, email, and texts. Verify organizations before donating or sharing personal information. Avoid unsolicited requests for sensitive details, and report suspicious activity at ReportFraud.FTC.gov.
