Branch hours
We’ve taken a number of steps to ensure ongoing service while caring for the health and safety of members and team members. Premier America continues to closely monitor the current situation and we will provide updates when normal operations are affected. Please visit this page for regular updates to our branch operations and current temporary closures.
 
Visiting a branch
We have implemented the following safety policies:
 
  • Only a limited number of members will be allowed in a branch at the same time.
  •  While visiting a local branch, we’re asking members to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between themselves and fellow members. 
  • All branch personnel will provide service from behind the branch teller line.
For your safety and the health of others, we encourage you to use alternate service channels, whenever possible. Most branch transactions can be completed from the comfort and safety of your home.

Stay Connected

Online Banking and the Premier America Mobile App
Bank anywhere using our secure Online Banking or Mobile App options. Check balances, pay bills, deposit checks, and transfer funds anytime, anywhere. First-time users of Online Banking may register here and our Mobile App can be download from the Google Play or Apple app stores, today. If you are a first time user or need help with your password, click here for assistance.

Telephone Banking
Convenient management of your accounts is at your fingertips with our newly updated Telephone Banking system. Call 800-772-4000, option 1. Please see here for our Telephone Banking menu guide.

Contactless Payments
We encourage you to load your Premier America debit and/or credit card for use with your preferred digital wallet service like Apple Pay, Google Wallet or Mastercard Masterpass. Using this secure digital payment method at merchant and online locations is a great way to reduce physical contact with your physical cards.

Member Service Representatives are available to service you at 800-772-4000, Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., PT.
 
Possible Service Delays
We are doing everything we can to continue to meet your banking needs through our Telephone Service Center. Our call center remains open, however, we are experiencing higher than normal call volume with longer than usual wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we work to serve all of our members.

Be Aware of COVID-19 Scams

As the demand for information about the Coronavirus grows, there has been an increase in fraud scams through email communications, social media, and online product offerings. You are encouraged to be wary of emails asking for your personal information and of products that claim to treat or prevent the virus. A proactive way to protect your finances is to sign up for free Credit and Debit Card Alerts in Online Banking so you can keep track of your card purchases via text message or email notifications.
