Frequently Asked Questions

Please see here for our current COVID-19 Coronavirus FAQs.

Branch Servicing

We’ve taken a number of steps to keep the majority of our branches open while maintaining the health and safety of members and team members. Please see here for regular updates to our branch operations and temporary closures.

Please note: Face coverings/masks are now required when visiting a branch.

In accordance with federal, state, and local health mandates, Premier America is now requiring:

  • All members visiting the branch to wear some form of personal face covering/mask to reduce potential transmission of COVID-19. We may ask that you lower your mask briefly while being served at the teller line for proper identification. Please see here for the recommended CDC guidelines for correct mask use.
  • Only a limited number of members to access a branch at the same time.
  • Members to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between themselves and fellow members.
For your safety and the health of others, we encourage you to use alternate service channels, whenever possible. Most branch transactions can be completed from the comfort and safety of your home.

Possible Service Delays
We are doing everything possible to continue meeting your banking needs through our Call Center. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we work to serve all of our members.

Financial Hardship Due to COVID-19

If you’ve been financially impacted by the pandemic, we’re here to help. Please see here for more information on emergency loan assistance, loan deferment, and Paycheck Protection Program options for members.

Be Aware of COVID-19 Scams

As the demand for information about the Coronavirus grows, there has been an increase in fraud scams through email communications, social media, and online product offerings. Be wary of anyone requesting your personal information as a means to provide you with a service/product to help protect you against COVID-19 or speed up delivery of a federal stimulus payment. We also encourage you to actively monitor your account transactions and sign up for free Credit and Debit Card Alerts in Online Banking so you can keep track of your card purchases via text message or email notifications.
