We are excited to introduce you to our newly launched Online Banking experience with more powerful tools and simplified navigation to make your everyday banking easier.

Easy to Log In

To get started, here’s how to log in to new Online Banking: 
  • Enter your current Online Banking user name and password.
  • Enter a one-time Secure Access Code that can be sent by email, phone or text for verification purposes.
  • Re-enter your existing Online Banking password to register it with the new system. You may need to create a new password if your current one does not meet our new password criteria.
  • Review and accept the Electronic Communications Agreement.
  • Choose whether or not to register your device (registering your device won’t require you to enter a Secure Access Code the next time you log in).

New features to help you manage your money. 

  • A universal, seamless experience across all devices.

  • Enhanced personal financial management tools and features to manage automatic deposits and tracking of your savings goals.

  • Options to link external accounts to pay bills and Premier America loans.

  • Customize the viewing order of your accounts and/or create account categories to group selected accounts within Online Banking.

  • Add nicknames to easily identify and personalize your accounts. 

  • Lock and unlock your Premier America credit or debit card directly in Online Banking if you lose your card or suspect your card has been compromised.

  • Set spending and location-based limits for specific debit card transaction types.

  • Link external accounts to pay bills and Premier America loans. 

  • Zelle person-to-person payments 

Be sure to update the Mobile App

Android Users 



iOS Users
  • If you have enabled automatic App Updates in your device Settings menu, your App will automatically update and be ready to use.
    • If  your App doesn’t automatically update, you can manually update the App by opening the App store icon on your mobile device and then:
      • Tap the 'Profile icon' or your 'Profile picture' (upper-right).
      • Scroll down to see Upcoming Automatic Updates.
      • Tap the Update button located next to the Premier America App.  After you update, a blue dot will appear next to the App, confirming the update.
  • If you have not enabled automatic App Updates, you may alternately delete the current Premier America Mobile App and download the new Mobile App directly using this App Store link.
Once you log in, please review your alerts and transfers to ensure they are set up as you need to help manage your accounts.
