Leading up to the launch of new and improved Online Banking, please be sure to:

Prepare for down-time – There will be some minimal down-time when our new Online Banking launched later this summer. To meet your banking needs, all Premier America branches and our Contact Center will be available at normal business hours. Additionally, all branch ATMs will be available, and you may use Telephone Banking at 800-772-4000, option 1, to check balances, deposits and much more.

Verify your email and phone number – We want to make sure we have your correct contact information on file so we can verify your identity the first time you log in. To confirm your email and phone number are correct, please log in to Online Banking at PremierAmerica.com or the Mobile App, then go to Settings to review and/or update your information.

There will be a two-step verification process when first logging in to new Online Banking. When the new system launches, please use your current Online Banking user name and password to log in. You'll need to enter a one-time Secure Access Code that can be sent by email, phone or text (depending on the communication preference you've previously indicated) for verification purposes. You'll then be prompted to re-enter your existing Online Banking password to register it with the new system. You may need to create a new password if your current one does not meet our new password criteria. After that, you will have full access to the new Online Banking experience.

Do you need to update your web browser?

New Online Banking is protected by state-of-the-art security that requires using an HTML5 compatible  browser. If necessary, we recommend you update your preferred browser application to the latest version available to ensure compatibility and security with the new Online Banking experience .

PLEASE NOTE: If you use the following web browsers, you will be unable to access or have full functionality of the new Online Banking system:
 
  • Internet Explorer – Version 11 and earlier
  • Firefox – Version 24 and earlier
  • Google Chrome – Version 30 and earlier
  • Microsoft Edge with an Apple/Mac OS personal computer
  • Apple Safari with a Windows personal computer
