Members’ money will not be affected. Some preferences like alerts or external connections may need to be set up again, but account information will remain intact.
- Enter your Username and password on the LOG IN page and click Log In.
- You should be redirected to a page to validate your identity. Provide the following:
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Phone
- Complete Identity Verification using one of the following MFA methods:
- Text
- Voice
- Call Center
- Enter your Verification Code.
- Enter your new Username (if required) and new Password.
- You should be logged in successfully.
- Joint Accounts
- The joint will enter their personal information with the member number shared by both members.
- Business Accounts
- Trust Accounts with multiple trustees
- Youth Accounts
- Youth accounts over 13 years of age will register with their personal information, SSN, etc.
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Tap "Menu" on bottom right corner.
- Scroll Down and Tap the "Manage Alerts" drop down.
- Tap "Security Alerts."
- Automatic Security Alerts will be turned on. Press the edit button (pencil icon) to update email and phone number. Check the box for push notifications box and tap save.
- Turn on "Login Alerts" and "Transfer Alerts."
- When turning on Login Alerts, select your preferred method of contact (email/ phone number).
- Check the box for push notifications and tap save.
- When turning on Transfer Alerts, select the type of transfer you would like to make (internal/external).
- Select your preferred method of contact (email/ phone number) and check the box for push notifications and tap save.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap "Menu."
- Tap "Document and Statements."
- Select "eStatements and Documents."
- Scroll and view past eStatements.
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Scroll down to “Recent Transactions.”
- Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen.
- Select the Account you would like to see Transaction Activities from.
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Tap "Menu" on bottom right corner.
- Stay on the Accounts tab on the bottom left.
- Scroll down till you find FICO Score.
- Click "View your FICO Score."
- Click "Accept & Continue" on the Credit Score disclosure.
- FICO Score appears.
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Under Cash Accounts, select the account you want to find the number to.
- Select Account and press Details.
- View "Routing Number and MICR Account Number."
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Under Cash Accounts select Account/Card you want to freeze.
- Select Account and press "Card Services."
- Swipe to Lock and Unlock Card .
- Scroll Down for more options.
- Other options include:
- Request Replacement Card
- Report Card Lost/Stolen
- Travel Notices
- Advanced Card Alerts
- Advanced Card Controls
- Set Pin
- Other options include:
- Tap Travel Notices.
- Input start & End Date, Cards you will be traveling with, Destination, Travel Status, Contact Phone Number and Contact Email Address. Add any additional notes/information and Submit!
- Open the Premier America app and log in.
- Click the "Deposit" button on the bottom on the home screen.
- Select the account you would like to deposit to.
- Type in the amount.
- Take a picture of the front and back of check using the in-app capture feature.
- Click "deposit.”
- Sign in into online banking.
- Click “Menu.”
- At the top, easily switch between Personal and Business accounts.
- Sign into online banking.
- Click "Transfer Between Accounts."
- Select the account you will transfer funds from.
- Select the account you will transfer funds to.
- Choose the amount of money to send.
- Send “Transfer Now” or “Schedule the transfer” on the date of your choice.
- Add a memo (optional).
- Review and Confirm.
1Enrollment is free but you must meet qualification requirements. If you qualify, you will be able to access the Check Deposit tab from the app menu. Deposits are subject to the Funds Availability Policy and verification. You do not have to mail the checks to us; however, please retain them for a minimum of 90 days before destroying.
