Business Online Banking provides a comprehensive set of tools to help you manage your business finances efficiently, including Managing Users, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Wire Transfers, Business Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination, Account Reports and more. 
A Business Admin is the primary Business Online Banking user who has access to all available features and functionality. Business admins are responsible for managing sub-user access, including adding sub-users, assigning permissions, and modifying access levels as needed. 

A sub-user is a user that is granted access to Business Online Banking by the Business Admin. A sub-user's access is limited to the permissions and features assigned to them by the Business Admin. 
Yes. A Business Admin can add as many users as needed to support the business' banking activities. Any transactions performed through Business Online Banking are conducted on behalf of the business and are subject to the permissions assigned to each user. 

How to: Log-in to Online Banking > Select "Manage Users" > Select "Add a New User" > Fill in the required fields of the user being added. 
Yes. The Business Admin can create, manage, and assign Roles that define a user's permissions within Business Online Banking. Roles can be customized by adding or removing permissions at any time. 

NOTE: Any changes made to a Role will automatically apply to all users assigned to that Role. 
Yes. Business Admins can set maximum transaction limits by Role for Domestic Wires, International Wires, and ACH. 

For Mobile Deposits, the daily deposit limit is $30,000.00. While this limit cannot be modified by the Business Admin, the Mobile Deposit feature can be disabled for sub-users. 

Holds are placed automatically for all checks deposited via mobile according to the REG CC hold policy. 
A Business Admin may add an unlimited number of users. Business Admins must note that all sub-users added to business Digital Banking are to be used for business related activity only. 
Yes, a Business Admin may deactivate a user as well as reactivate a user at any time.

A sub-user’s access is determined by the Role assigned to them by the Business Admin. 

When creating and customizing a role, the Business Admin can grant permissions such as viewing accounts and transactions, generating reports, accessing statements and documents, using Bill Pay, making check deposits and withdrawals, placing stop payments, setting savings goals, ordering checks, managing credit and debit cards, enabling wire transactions, etc. Business Admins may also grant permission to manage users and roles. 
 
If the business is enrolled in Business Remote Deposit Capture (bRDC) and ACH Origination, permissions for these services may also be assigned to a role. 
Yes, sub-users may be granted permission to make loan payments if the Business Admin has granted access to the loan.  
No. If a feature is disabled within a role, all users assigned to that role will not be able to access the disabled feature. 
No, a formally disabled feature can be enabled again at any time by the Business Admin. A Business Admin can enable or disable whenever they see appropriate for any of the sub-users.
Yes. Business Admins can control account visibility by role, allowing users to access only the specific business shares assigned to them.
No. Password reset requests must be conducted by the Business Admin.

No, all sub-users must contact the Business Admin for all login assistance inquiries, including locked access and password reset support.
No. If a sub-user contacts Premier America Credit Union with questions about your business, they will be denied and referred to contact the Business Admin on the account. 
No. The sub-user cannot process a funds transfer over the phone. 
A sub-user’s access is limited to the permissions assigned within Business Digital Banking. They are not authorized to obtain account information or conduct transactions in branch or over the phone and will be directed to the Business Admin for assistance.
No, unless they received a check payable to the sub-user that was signed by an authorized signer on the account. Standard identification process for non-members will apply. 
No, the sub-user does not have the authority to open new business shares.  
No, the sub-user does not have the authority to request or apply for loans/credit on behalf of the business.
