From The CEO: Q3 2023 Update

At the midpoint of the year, I’m pleased with the progress made on our key initiatives. Our Contact Center continues to evolve and innovate, providing fast service and an excellent member experience as shown with our high-quality survey scores, speedy resolutions, and the launch of live chat during account opening.
 
Digitally, we continue to invest in solutions to enhance your online and mobile banking experience. In fact, we are about to launch a brand new digital card management feature to help you manage your debit and credit cards 24/7 - all from the comfort of your phone or computer.
 
Members said they needed higher limits on daily transfers while using Zelle®️ or making external transfers (to help pay for things like rent and other bills). We listened and are making it easier, modifying our limits for all members. One friendly reminder: never send funds to someone you don’t know directly and personally.
 
We celebrated graduation with the Class of 2023 and are excited to kick off our second year as the Official Credit Union of CSUN. Be on the lookout for chances to come to campus and join us for special events!
 
Finally, at our Annual Meeting in March, we heard from a member who told us a personal story about the positive difference that Premier America made. He shared his journey through the pandemic: how things had been tough, but the credit union stood by him and his family. It heartens me to know that we aren’t just saying we are committed to our members and communities, we are making a real difference every day.
