*APR= Annual Percentage Rate. The APR for a Home Equity Line of Credit is variable and based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal, credit score tier, plus margin and cash or automatic payment via direct deposit. Available APR ranges from 8.50% APR to 12.50% APR after the 4.99% APR 6-month introductory period ends. There are no upfront fees for loans under $250,000.00. Fees - including title, escrow, appraisal and any other loan origination fees - will apply if the loan is closed within the first 24 months. Fees vary based on loan size and state of residence. The estimated fees for a $250,000 HELOC for CA residents are $1,008. The maximum HELOC amount for Texas is $100,000 and the estimated fees for a $100,000 HELOC for TX residents are $999.
