QuickBooks (Web Connect)
Premier America uses QuickBooks Web Connect to help members download account transaction activity into QuickBooks. Web Connect automatically launches QuickBooks, downloads account data into the check register, and matches transactions that have already been entered.
Choose the account for which you would like to receive transaction activity and click Select. The available From and To dates will populate in the Date Range section. If a date needs to be changed, highlight and delete the date, then enter the appropriate date.
Confirm the From and To dates for the data you would like to download. Choose the QuickBooks (Web Connect) option and click Download. If a Windows dialog box appears asking whether to save or open the file, select Open.
The first time you download with Web Connect for an account, QuickBooks may display a message with account information, such as the account number and account type. Select Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account is already set up in QuickBooks, or select Create a new QuickBooks account if the account has not been set up or if you would like to start a new file.
On a Mac, the file is automatically downloaded to the Downloads folder. In QuickBooks, go to the File menu, select Import, and choose From Web Connect. Browse to the Downloads folder, select the file you downloaded, and select Open.
Yes. Once QuickBooks confirms that the Web Connect data has been successfully downloaded, select O.K. Repeat the steps for each account you would like to download into QuickBooks.
