Loan Deferral
  • To request a loan deferral please reach out to our Collection team at 747-895-7104. 
  • A member can request a deferment for up to 60 days for eligible members impacted by the recent fires.
  • The specific deferment period will be determined at the discretion of the credit union based on individual circumstances. 
  • While we generally offer a 60 day deferment, there may be instances where a shorter deferment period is provided.

In times of crisis, scammers often take advantage of vulnerable situations. Watch for fraudulent FEMA workers, construction/restoration companies gouging on prices or urgency, mail, email, and texts. Verify organizations before donating or sharing personal information. Avoid unsolicited requests for sensitive details, and report suspicious activity at ReportFraud.FTC.gov.
