How to set up alerts for your mobile online banking account

Managing your Premier America account should be as simple and stress-free as possible, and that’s why we offer customizable account alerts to help you stay on top of your finances. Whether you want to receive notifications for specific transactions, balance updates, or payment reminders, setting up alerts is quick and easy. In this blog, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process to ensure you have real-time updates on your account, helping you manage your money with peace of mind.

Step 1: Open the Premier America app on your device



Step 2: Log in to your Online Banking



Step 3: Register your device (If you have not already)

You will be given an access code but DO NOT SHARE IT with anyone.

Step 4: Allow Push Notification


By turning on push notifications you will get updates on all things related to security, your account and transactions.

Step 5: Click the “Menu” button the click “Settings” then on the drop-down option click “Push Notifications” on the left-hand side



Step 6: Make sure “Enable Notifications” is on and then click “Security Alert Settings”



Step 7: Choose your Security Alert delivery preferences

 

We have over 18 customized alert settings that you can choose to turn off and on based on your banking needs. When you turn on a notification you will receive a “Secure Access Code required”.




REMEMBER: DO NOT SHARE THIS CODE WITH ANYONE. Premier America Representatives will NEVER ask for this code.
