There are a number of pre-built alerts you may set up. Simply log into Online Banking and selected Accounts Alerts under Services. There you can turn on and off alerts and set up custom alerts. 

Once logged in, visit "Card Controls" on the menu bar to find "Credit Card/Debit Card Management". This will provide information advising, "Received a new credit or debit card? To activate, Click or Call: 1 (888) 861-8661".

There are two ways member can order new checks: 

  1. In Online Banking, select Services in the main menu and select "Order Checks. 
  2. Call our Member Services Team at 800-772-4000.

This account is available to individuals 13 years and older. For individuals aged 13 through 17, a parent or other sponsoring adult must be a joint owner.

1Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. Funds may be available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to two (2) days earlier than the scheduled payment date. 
2Premier America Credit Union will not charge a fee for accessing your funds at a non CO-OP network ATM owned and operated by another financial institution or business; however, you may be charged a fee by the ATM owner/operator. This account will be eligible to receive up to $20 reimbursement each month for domestic ATM fees that will be credited to your account nightly when charged. ATM fee reimbursements are only eligible on consumer checking accounts.
3To qualify for the $100 New Smart Spending Checking Account Bonus, the new account must meet the following requirements 1) Have an ACH Direct Deposit (minimum single deposit of $250), 2) Opt in to eStatements, and 3) Conduct 10 debit and/or credit card point of sale transactions within the first 60 days of account opening. A bonus is paid on day 61 if all qualifications are met, and membership is in good standing. Members with existing or converted checking accounts are not eligible for an account bonus; nor are individuals that held a prior membership that was closed within the past 24 months. The bonus will be subject to IRS tax reporting. Members will receive a 1099 Form from Premier America. Offer subject to change or end without notice.
