The Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (WISH) provides grants of up to $29,172 for low- and moderate-income families and individuals to purchase a primary residence.

  • For first-time homebuyers or those who have not owned a home for previous three years
  • Applicants must meet income eligibility guidelines
  • Financial assistance of up to $4 for every $1 the homebuyer contributes
  • Borrower must occupy the property as primary residence
  • Borrower must complete an approved homeownership education course
  • Single-family detached homes, condominiums, and townhomes are eligible
  • Knowledgeable Premier America lenders can offer more details and guide you through the application process
The WISH program provides up to $4 in grant money for every $1 you save to buy your new house. That adds up fast, as $5,000 in savings can unlock $20,000 in grants.
